The Administration Coordinator provides day-to-day leadership and operational support to the Health Information Services (HIS) Administration Team at Bendigo Health. The role supports team coordination, rostering, invoicing, and system administration, while ensuring the accurate management of patient health information across both paper and digital systems.
The position also supports Emergency Department registrations and admissions, delivers high-quality customer service, and assists with staff training and continuous service improvement to ensure efficient and compliant health information services.
