This role provides high-quality administrative and customer service support to Bendigo Health Community Care Services (CCS), contributing to efficient daily operations within a supportive and collaborative team environment. Based in Bendigo and reporting to the Program Manager, key duties include reception, financial administration (invoicing and purchase orders), database and records management, and coordination with clients and service providers, along with managing communications, meeting documentation and supplies.

CCS delivers care coordination services across the Loddon Mallee region, supporting frail older adults and younger people with disabilities to live independently. Services include support coordination under the NDIS, Support at Home coordination, and HACC PYP assessment and case management, with provision for additional supports such as equipment and services tailored to individual needs.
