Salary per hour (exc. super): $28.86 + 25% casual loading
Hours per fortnight: Up to 76 hours

The Non-Clinical Workforce, Administration Support provides casual administration, ward clerk and reception support to all units/departments at Bendigo Health. Placements within these units/departments may be on Bendigo Health’s hospital campus or offsite at one of our many locations. Casual staff are expected to report to the relevant manager or supervisor on the day that they are required to attend work. Specific instructions regarding the duties to be undertaken will be provided at this time.
Casual Administration Bank employees may have the opportunity to undertake short term backfill assignments across a range of administrative areas within the organisation. These opportunities may arise to support periods of planned or unplanned leave, including long service leave, annual leave, parental leave, secondments, and other temporary vacancies. Assignments may be available in various departments and services, providing valuable experience and professional development opportunities.
Bendigo Health uses an electronic messaging system (UKG Dimensions) to enable our casual workforce to be notified of available shifts via an app. Staff are able to accept these shifts upon their availability and suitability.
All employees on the Non-Clinical Workforce must be available to for 2 shifts per week and work a minimum of 2 shifts per month, this will be reported on monthly basis by the Coordinator of the Non-Clinical Workforce and employees will be contacted if the minimum requirements are not met.

Your new division
The People and Culture Division supports managers, staff and volunteers working at Bendigo Health through a range of services including workforce planning, resourcing strategies, employee relations, industrial relations, learning and development and workplace health and safety. Payroll and salary packaging also report into this division, providing seamless service for staff from on-boarding and contract development to applying contracts and ensuring staff get the right remuneration.
