The Application Business Analyst plays a key role in the development and implementation of corporate and clinical information systems at Bendigo Health and LMSS region.

The role demands strong analytical skills and the capability to collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities. It involves recommending changes to work practices to drive desired outcomes. The position spans various activities and phases of the system development lifecycle, including analysis, implementation, project coordination, testing and change management.

The Architecture and Applications department manage the implementation, consolidation, integration and development of corporate and clinical information systems, supporting Bendigo Health and partner health services across the Loddon Mallee region. The department manages the support and maintenance of applications and databases, undertakes business analysis activities, provides SharePoint development and support services, corporate reporting, integration services, management of Microsoft tenancies and remote patient monitoring initiatives.

The Digital Services Division is charged with delivering technology solutions that deliver on our vision.  As well as responsibility for the mainstream ICT services and support the division encompasses Information Technology Services, Architecture and Applications, Clinical Information Systems , and Virtual Care Office.

The Division leverages ICT technologies and expertise to provide the technical foundations for innovation and transformation of our clinical service delivery The Division is instrumental in building a strong culture of utilising health informatics and using data to drive innovation.
