The Associate Nurse Unit Manager is an integral  part of our team at Extended Care Unit. They provide a leadership role within the treating team that entails providing clinical supervision to ward staff and allocating the daily tasks on the basis of the staff’s designation. They ensure that nursing care meets the standards of nursing care required as defined by the Bendigo Health policies & procedures. In the absence of the Unit Manager, co-ordinate and oversee the provision of non-nursing functions and activities to ensure that the relevant standards are met.
