Hours per fortnight: 80 hours (includes an ADO every 4 weeks)

Reporting to the Manager, Mental Health Development and Systems, the Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting the design, optimisation, and continuous improvement of business processes and information systems across the Mental Health and Wellbeing (MHW) Directorate.
The role will work closely with the broader Mental Health Development and Systems team to:

Analyse and map current and future business and clinical workflows to identify opportunities for improvement;

Support the implementation and configuration of systems such as MH-DMR and CMI, ensuring they meet operational and reporting needs; and

Develop detailed documentation, training materials, and specifications to support system enhancements and end-user capability.
A key focus of the role is to strengthen process consistency and system integrity across the directorate, promoting collaboration between clinical, administrative, and support teams to deliver efficient and high-quality mental health services.This role offers an exciting opportunity for a non-clinical or administrative professional with health industry experience, particularly in mental health, to play a key role in enhancing service delivery and systems performance across the MHW Directorate.
