The Business Development Manager Clinical Trials – Research Operations and Development provides operational leadership and strategic support to the Chair of Clinical Research in building a sustainable, high-performing and commercially informed research function at Bendigo Health.
The role has a strong focus on research governance, operational systems, business development, research enablement tools, workforce capability and research infrastructure development.
The role will work closely with clinical teams, universities, research institutes, philanthropic organisations and industry partners to position Bendigo Health as a leading regional clinical research and innovation hub.

Your New Division
The Chief Executive Officer within the Office of the CEO, has overall responsibility for the operation of the entire organisation and delivery of the strategic plan. The office also includes General Counsel, Clinical Research, Loddon Mallee Public Health Unit and the General Manager of the Loddon Mallee Shared Services (LMSS). Bendigo Health’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the Chair of the LMHN.
General Counsel provides legal advice to the Board of Directors, Executive Team and CEO to ensure Bendigo Health satisfies legal standards. Reporting to the Chair of the LMHN, the General Manager of the LMHN ensures Bendigo Health fulfils its’ responsibilities as the leading member and advances the regional health services’ collective priorities and build a strong and connected health system.
