We are seeking a motivated Careers Advisor to support staff in achieving their career goals within the health sector. In this role, you will provide personalised guidance and career planning, while also helping design and deliver essential training and assessment activities for staff covered by the Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers Enterprise Agreement.

The Careers Advisor will work closely with staff to explore career pathways, build connections with education providers, coordinate work experience opportunities, and represent Bendigo Health at career expos and events. The role also involves collaborating with internal education teams and external training providers to ensure development programs align with workforce needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity to play a pivotal role in strengthening the health workforce, supporting staff to grow and thrive, and promoting career opportunities within the sector.

Your New Division

The People and Culture Division supports managers, staff and volunteers working at Bendigo Health through a range of services including workforce planning, resourcing strategies, employee relations, industrial relations, learning education and development (LEAD) and workplace health and safety

The staff in the Division of People and Culture provide support and advice in line with our strategic goals and objectives of empowering our people and providing a positive work environment for staff and volunteers where they feel valued, safe and supported to work together in delivering excellent care and services.
