The Change Lead is responsible for delivering key change management activities to support the SAP SuccessFactors implementation, including change network development, communications, coordinating training development and delivery, conducting change and readiness assessments, and supporting stakeholders across the region. This role executes the change implementation plan developed by Deloitte in consultation with the Business Change Project Manager, and ensures day‑to‑day delivery of change tasks across all sites.

The Change Lead works under the direction of the Business Change Project Manager, who has responsibility for strategy and leadership of the business change stream.

The position operates autonomously but will be working within a highly collaborative environment with support from Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, regional stakeholders, and Deloitte - our technical and change delivery partner.

Our vision is to standardise the way we work in HR, Payroll and Recruitment across the Loddon Mallee Health Services.

  • One way of working – moving from 13 different approaches to one consistent model.
  • Enabled by technology – SuccessFactors is the tool, but the change is about people and process.
  • Better for staff – efficient time to recruit, seamless onboarding, access and control over personal data.
  • Better for managers – right information at the right time.
  • Better for the region – access to regional data, shared knowledge, shared systems.

The Loddon Mallee Local Health Service Network

The Loddon Mallee Local Health Service  Network (LMLHSN) is collaborative partnership between public funded health services in the Loddon Mallee region, aimed at improving health care quality, safety, and service delivery across the region. LMLHSN's vision is to shape the future of health service delivery, ensuring a great person-centred care experience across the region while delivering the right care at the right time in the right place. LMLHSN operates under the values of Respect, Integrity, and Collaboration.

The geography of this Network spans from the more densely populated Macedon Ranges Shire in the south to the remote and more sparsely populated Mallee Region in the far northwest. This grouping reflects the existing patient flows which follow the main transport routes along the Murray River and down towards Bendigo and Melbourne. This diverse region presents unique healthcare challenges, which the LMLHSN addresses through a region-wide approach to service planning and delivery. The population served is 334,000 (Victoria) + 9,305 (NSW).  Due to the geographical diversity of the region some of the work of the LMLHSN is best completed in sub-regional groupings.

The LMLHSN strategy and priorities are informed by the needs of the population and also align to the Strategic Direction of the Victorian Department of Health and recently published Health Services Plan.  As such current priorities include; ensuring right care, right time and right place for our communities, building capability across our region, enhancing First Nations leadership within the LMHN and enhanced sharing of systems and services.

The LMLHSN is actively scanning the current strategic environment and ensuring we are responsive to the current opportunities (and risks).  As such there is also a present focus on ensuring our governance model is fit for purpose and aligns with the emerging direction from the Victorian Department of Health regarding the establishment of Local Health Service Networks.

Network Health Services: Bendigo Health, Boort District Health, Cohuna District Hospital, Dhelkaya Health, Echuca Regional Health, Heathcote Health, Inglewood and Districts Health Service, Kerang District Health, Kyabram District Health Service, Mallee Track Health and Community Service, Maryborough District health Service, Mildura Base Public Hospital, Robinvale District Health Services, Rochester & Elmore District Health Service, Swan Hill District Health.
