The Aged Care Clinical Assessor is responsible for conducting comprehensive client assessments for older people within the Aged Care Planning Regional area of Victoria (VIC 3 – Loddon Mallee). This role forms part of the My Aged Care Single Assessment Workforce, delivering high-quality, person-centred assessments that support older Australians in accessing appropriate aged care services.

The position involves both face-to-face assessments requiring travel across the region and remote assessments via telehealth or phone. As a clinical member of the assessment team, the role also provides clinical expertise and guidance to Non-Clinical Aged Care Needs Assessors, ensuring assessments are accurate, holistic, and aligned with relevant aged care standards and policies.
