Position Title: Clinical Educator - RN (Mental Health)
Classification: NP75 - NP77
Salary per fortnight (exc. super): $4,325.60 - $4,658.20
Hours per fortnight: Ongoing 80 Hours (including ADO every 4 weeks) & 64 Hours Part Time Fixed Term
Employment Status: Ongoing Full Time hours available & Fixed Term Part time hours available (June 2026)
Other requirements: 2025 Flu Vaccination

The Role
The key responsibilities and opportunities include:
- Providing professional support, education, and training to MHWS staff
- Assisting clinical staff in meeting mandatory and required training and professional development goals
- Monitoring and advising on standards of practice within MHWS and developing strategies to meet identified needs
- Contributing to the review of policies and procedures relating to MHWS, to ensure they are per professional standards and best practice
- Supporting the coordination and preceptorship of student placements in MHWS
- Developing and teaching in the Graduate and Transition Clinician Programs study days
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing the MHWS professional development programs
- Supporting and undertaking research projects
- Delivering specialist mental health training and consultation to internal and external services
