Salary per hour (exc. super): $62.25 - $64.21
Hours per fortnight: Up to 80 Hours (including an ADO every 4 weeks if working 80 hours)
Employment Status: Ongoing Full Time or Part Time

The Clinical Manager at Bendigo Health Mental Health and Wellbeing Service provides clinical leadership for the Short-Term Treatment Team in a community setting.
This role involves overseeing the assessment, planning, and delivery of recovery-focused care for high-risk, vulnerable consumers with complex needs. The Clinical Manager leads the team in addressing priority issues, fosters ongoing development of clinical practice, and identifies education needs to enhance team knowledge. They mentor junior clinicians, model high professional standards, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure appropriate clinical practice in acute care settings.
