The Clinical Nurse Educator – Residential Aged Care plays a key role in supporting and developing nursing practice across Bendigo Health’s Residential Aged Care services. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering education and clinical support for undergraduate nursing students, graduate nurses, enrolled nurses, and nurses at various stages of their professional development.

 

Working as part of a collaborative educator team, the Clinical Nurse Educator supports workforce capability through mentoring, clinical support, orientation, and professional development activities. The role works closely with nurse leaders, education providers and colleagues across the organisation to foster evidence-based practice and positive learning environments.

 

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of the aged care nursing workforce while working within a supportive team of Clinical Nurse Educators who flex across services to meet organisational and learner needs.

Your New Division

The People and Culture Division supports managers, staff and volunteers working at Bendigo Health through a range of services including workforce planning, resourcing strategies, employee relations, industrial relations, learning and development and workplace health and safety. Payroll and salary packaging also report into this division, providing seamless service for staff from on-boarding and contract development to applying contracts and ensuring staff get the right remuneration.
