The Clinical Nurse Educator – Graduate Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse Graduate Programs at Bendigo Health. The role provides leadership in the planning, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement of graduate nurse education and transition-to-practice initiatives.

 

The Clinical Nurse Educator will provide educational, professional and clinical support to graduate nurses throughout their program and work collaboratively with Clinical Nurse Educators, Nurse Unit Managers, Workforce Planning and Resourcing, education providers and other stakeholders to facilitate successful transition to professional practice.

 

The incumbent will coordinate graduate orientation, study days, learning activities, progress reviews and support processes, while contributing to the development of educational resources and learning opportunities that enhance workforce capability and patient care outcomes. The role will also support regional graduate nurses participating in Bendigo Health study days and experience days. 

 

Qualifications or experience in graduate nurse support, transition-to-practice programs, clinical education, workforce development or project coordination will be viewed favourably.

Your New Division
