Classification: HS2 - HS3 (Based on experience, less experienced and current IT student candidates will be considered)

Salary per fortnight: $2,568.00 - $2,863.40
Hours per fortnight: 76 or 80 (with an ADO every 4 weeks)
Employment Status: Ongoing Full Time

Role Description

LMSS/Bendigo Health is looking for an individual to perform a varied and challenging Field Technician role.  This position will perform a wide range of Tier 2 duties supporting staff, hardware, software, systems and associated administrative tasks. As such, a flexible attitude is essential, as is an ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with a broad range of staff.

 

The Information Technology Services Team

Information Technology Services is responsible for the maintenance and development of regional local and wide area networks, all personal computers and peripherals, support of all software from operating systems to the central patient management system.  The team provides a full range of support activities including Service Desk support, hardware and software administration. 

 

Loddon Mallee Shared Services

Loddon Mallee Shared Services (LMSS) provides a shared services ICT support model to 16 health services in the Loddon Mallee region.  Bendigo Health as lead agency for the LMSS model delivers these support services through a combination of centrally based staff in Bendigo and dedicated on-site staff at specific health services.  The range of ICT support services offered by LMSS includes service desk triaging and support, infrastructure, networking, application support, data and analytics, cyber security, and IT project management.
