The Food Services Manager – Golden Oaks Complex is responsible for the leadership and operational management of food and environmental services across the Golden Oaks and Carshalton House sites. The role ensures that services are delivered in alignment with Aged Care Quality Standards, the Aged Care Act, and Bendigo Health’s policies and procedures.

This position oversees the planning and delivery of safe, efficient, and consumer-focused food services that respond to the diverse cultural, medical, and personal needs of residents. It includes responsibility for managing budgets, resources, and multidisciplinary staff, while maintaining a high standard of service quality and compliance.

The role operates with a high level of independence in designing service programs, workforce planning, and allocating resources, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to professional and organisational standards.

Your New Division

The Community and Continuing Care Division provides a broad range of high-quality, person-centred care programs and services to consumers in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.  Each service within the division is designed to ensure holistic care and improve the overall well-being of our patients and communities. 

 
 

The Aged Care Residential Services team provides accommodation for 267 older residents of Bendigo and surrounding areas who require residential aged care in a nursing home. The Residential Services team provide high quality of care in all five of our facilities. Our homes care for some of the most vulnerable older people in our community. The team strives for service excellence through innovation and constantly monitoring our care standards and seeking to do things better.
