Salary per fortnight (exc. super): $3,251.47 - $3,594.44 (Including 20% Oncall Allowance)
Hours per fortnight: 64

As HMO Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of our Junior Medical Staff while driving the smooth delivery of rosters, leave planning, payroll, onboarding and accreditation requirements. This diverse role offers the chance to collaborate with senior clinical leaders, support recruitment and training initiatives, and contribute directly to the professional development of our JMOs. You’ll enjoy the opportunity to build strong networks across health services, while making a real impact on workforce planning and quality care. The role includes participation in a supportive after-hours on-call roster — ,one in five weekends and one evening per fortnight — providing you with a healthy balance between career growth and lifestyle.
