Position Title: Lead Clinician
Classification: Registered Nurse NP81-NP74, Social Worker YC42-YC45, Occupational Therapist YB20-YB23
Salary per hour (exc. super): $44.55 - $56.73
Hours per fortnight: 80 Hours (includes an ADO every 4 weeks)
Employment Status: Ongoing Full Time or Part Time hours available

The Role
Join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary community mental health team where you'll make a real impact under the guidance of the Team Psychiatrist, Senior Clinician, and Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Care & Support: Conduct intake assessments, crisis interventions, and deliver clinical treatment to individuals, families, and carers.
- Treatment Planning: Create and manage Individual Service Plans (ISPs) tailored to each patient's needs—working closely with patients, families, and other care providers.
- Collaborative Care: Work alongside other professionals and community agencies to support rehabilitation, recovery, and discharge planning.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Provide individual and group-based bio-psycho-social treatments.
- Community Engagement: Contribute to mental health education, outreach, and the development of community resources.
- Full time or Part time hours available, Monday - Friday no weekend work required.
