As a Non-Clinical Aged Care Needs Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting home support assessments for older individuals within the Loddon Mallee region. This role requires travel to various locations for face-to-face assessments, as well as conducting assessments via telehealth or phone. You will work closely with Clinical Aged Care Needs Assessors as part of the My Aged Care Single Assessment workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct non-clinical home support assessments for older people.

  • Travel daily to various locations across the region to perform face-to-face assessments.

  • Use telehealth or phone assessments as required.

  • Collaborate with Clinical Aged Care Needs Assessors.

  • Report to the ACAS Manager.
