Join Bendigo Health as our Operational Planning Manager, where you'll play a key leadership role in shaping the future of our organisation.

In this pivotal position, you will lead the development, coordination, monitoring, and continuous improvement of annual operational plans across the organisation.

Working collaboratively with Executive Directors, Business Directors, and Directors, you’ll ensure our operational plans align with Bendigo Health’s Strategic Plan and the Government’s Statement of Priorities.

You’ll also play a vital role in building planning capability across the organisation—educating and coaching leaders to embed best-practice planning and implementation processes.

Strategy and Community Affairs includes Bendigo Health Fundraising & Foundation, Corporate Affairs, Governance and Strategy and Volunteer Services.
