The Regional Sepsis Project Lead will play a key role in driving improvement and sharing learnings across the Loddon Mallee region as part of the Victorian Sepsis Program. Working within the Safer Together Program, the role will collaborate closely with Safer Care Victoria’s project team, the STP Coordinator, STP Improvement Leads and local health service teams to deliver the Adult Sepsis Collaborative. The Regional Sepsis Project Lead will apply improvement science principles, including teaching and embedding the Model for Improvement, to enhance the quality and consistency of sepsis care across the region.
The role will focus on developing and maintaining effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, both within Safer Care Victoria and across LMLHSN health services. It will also support the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of progress against program objectives and plans, ensuring a continuous improvement approach to implementation and delivery.
Reporting to the LMLHSN STP Coordinator, the Regional Sepsis Project Lead will work closely with members of the Loddon Mallee Local Health Service Network to contribute to the broader work of the Victorian Sepsis Program and ensure alignment with the Safer Together Program’s strategic objectives.
