Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication with patients, carers, and staff. Assess and educate patients and carers, refer issues to senior staff, and mentor less experienced nurses. Conduct assessments to inform treatment plans and maintain accurate patient records.

The Mental Health Service provides psychiatric care and treatment across a large catchment area in Victoria stretching from Swan Hill in the north of the state to Gisborne in the south.
