Salary per hour (exc. super): $43.82 - $54.41
Hours per fortnight: up to 76 hours (Multiple positions available)
Employment Status: Ongoing and Fixed Term Full Time or Part Time

Marjorie Phillips Respite is a newly established 12-bed aged care facility within the Residential Aged Care Services Department, dedicated to providing high-quality respite care for assessed older people.
We are seeking motivated Registered Nurses to join our team and contribute to the success of this exciting new service. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new unit and help shape a positive, resident-focused environment from the ground up.
The successful applicants will demonstrate strong clinical and communication skills, a commitment to person-centred care, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. As a respite service, the unit will experience regular resident admissions, transfers, and discharges, requiring staff who are adaptable, organised, and able to support residents and families through these transitions.
Experience working within Bendigo Residential Services and familiarity with Bendigo Healths system would be highly regarded. Applicants should be comfortable working in an aged care environment.

Your New Division
The Community and Continuing Care Division provides a broad range of high-quality, person-centred care programs and services to consumers in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. Each service within the division is designed to ensure holistic care and improve the overall well-being of our patients and communities.
Aged Care Residential Services is part of the The Community and Continuing Care Division providing accommodation for 265 older residents of Bendigo and surrounding areas, our facilities are spread over multiple campuses:
• Gibson Street Groups located in North Bendigo includes Joan Pinder, Stella Anderson, Simpkin House and a Specialist Dementia Care Program.
• Golden Oaks Complex located in Golden Square includes:
Golden Oaks and Carshalton House.
Marjorie Phillips Respite is a new facility on the acute care campus offereing 12 respite beds.
