Join our dedicated team as Senior Admin Coordinator in Women’s Health Clinics. This team leader role is Monday to Friday, working business hours. No weekends and no public holidays. The women’s health clinics provide outpatient services in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and provides care to the Loddon mallee region.

In this role, you will manage and triage referrals from multiple clinics. You will be involved with rosters and leave planning, and creating/adjusting templates for clinics on iPM, whilst overseeing day to day tasks of administration team. You will support new staff by providing orientation and training. You will assist the Nurse Unit Manager & medical staff with administrative tasks and help deliver high-quality care through efficient clinic management.

Your New Division

The Clinical Operations Division encompasses acute, allied health, cancer, dental and mental health services.  We provide a wide range of general medical, surgical and specialty services including but not limited to; Oncology, Cardiology, Renal, Emergency, Women’s and Children’s, Critical Care, Specialist Clinics, Cancer Clinics and Mental Health Services. Our Allied Health teams provide a diverse range of programs and person centred care in inpatient, outpatient, community, home and residential care settings.
