Salary per fortnight (exc. super): $2,783.20
Hours per fortnight: 80 hours (includes an ADO every 4 weeks)

Are you a recent Social Work graduate ready to make a difference? Our 12-month Graduate Program offers you the chance to grow your skills, build confidence, and gain hands-on experience in mental health through two supported six-month clinical rotations.
Work within a multidisciplinary team, including lived experience workers, and receive regular supervision, training, and study days through our Mental Health Professional Development Unit. You’ll develop core clinical skills in a supportive, recovery-focused environment — and earn a Certificate of Completion.
We’re looking for passionate, compassionate, and committed new grads (SW1, Yr3) ready to launch their careers in mental health.
Graduates are expected to attend a study day once a month facilitated by the Mental Health Professional Development Unit, and to complete and submit all the required assessment tasks and hurdle requirements to receive a certificate of completion.

The Mental Health Service provides psychiatric care and treatment across a large catchment area in Victoria stretching from Swan Hill in the north of the state to Gisborne in the south.
