Salary per Hour: $51.41 - $61.29
Hours per fortnight: 64 - 80 Hours (80 hours includes ADO every 4 weeks)
Employment Status: Ongoing Full Time or Part Time hours available

The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly and supportive Community Mental Health & Wellbeing team in Swan Hill. You’ll have the chance to grow your clinical skills while making a positive impact in your community, as part of a collaborative and multi-disciplinary team. As a leading regional health service, we offer loads of development, with access to clinical educators, career advisors and a designated Mental Health Professional Development Unit to support you.
This senior role is in a multi-disciplinary integrated community mental health team. You’ll deliver community-based case management, intake and treatment, crisis assessment, and recovery-focused support for adults living in the community aged 25–64. You'll also provide leadership and supervision to junior staff and students.
To succeed, you’ll need strong experience in mental health, excellent communication skills, and a passion for recovery-focused care.
If you're looking for flexibility, we've got you covered. This position is available full-time (80 hours per fortnight, with a monthly ADO) or part-time (64 - 72 hours per fortnight). Our service operates Monday to Friday, 08:30am-5:00pm.
