We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to provide leadership, mentoring, and operational support to our dedicated staff. As the first point of contact for the team, you’ll oversee intake, triage, assessment, and support planning processes, ensuring services are delivered within a wellness and reablement framework and in line with key performance indicators (KPIs). You’ll play a vital role in monitoring performance, analysing data, identifying risks, and implementing sustainable solutions to enhance service quality and client outcomes.

Working collaboratively with the Manager, you’ll provide strategic direction that supports the Bendigo Health Strategic Plan and divisional goals. This role will see you fostering a positive team culture, supporting staff development, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
