Classification: Based on qualifications
Hours per fortnight: 76 or 80 Hours (80 hours includes an ADO every 4 weeks)
Employment Status: Fixed Term Full Time - (June 2026)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Lead to drive the training strategy for the PAS and ePR Expansion Project implementation. This is a pivotal role requiring you to shape the learning experience of our staff, ensuring they are confident and capable in adopting a new system that will transform healthcare delivery.
As Training Lead, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of trainers
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy that supports system adoption and meaningful change
- Design and deliver engaging training programs using various methodologies (e.g. e-learning, workshops, hands-on training, virtual sessions)
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, clinicians, and technical teams to ensure training meets operational and strategic goals
- Evaluate training effectiveness, identify knowledge gaps and implement continuous improvements
We are looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in complex environments. The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in leading training programs for large-scale system implementations
- Expertise in supporting change management and engagement in a fast paced healthcare setting through design and delivery of high quality training Strong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

The Digital Services Division is charged with delivering technology solutions that deliver on our vision. As well as responsibility for the mainstream ICT services and support the division encompasses Information Technology Services, Architecture and Applications, Clinical Information Systems , and Virtual Care Office.
The Division leverages ICT technologies and expertise to provide the technical foundations for innovation and transformation of our clinical service delivery The Division is instrumental in building a strong culture of utilising health informatics and using data to drive innovation.
